The Tesa Micro Height 3D is a full featured manual CMM with REFLEX software and a TesaStar touch trigger probe. The measuring volume is X = 18", Y = 20" and Z = 16". Volumetric accuracy under .00015" for a 4" part and under .0002" for a 16" part. Reflex software offers full 3D measurment capability and the ability to save and recall programs, output data to other devices and has a basic SPC capability built in.
