The 3-Stage Membrane Dryer includes a Tsunami 50 filter system consisting of a water separator, oil coalescing filter, activated carbon filter and membrane dryer.

Byproducts of compressed air such as water, oil, oil vapors, and humidity can cause severe damage to your business or operation. The Tsunami Membrane Dryer assures that your application is supplied with quality air to meet or exceed Class 4 ISO 8573-1: 2010 Compressed Air Contaminants and Purity Classes.

Incoming air enters the 1st stage water separator where water and particulates are removed down to 10 micron. The air then travels through the 2nd stage oil coalescing filter where oil mist and aerosols are captured down to .001 ppm and particulates are trapped down to .01 micron. Next the activated carbon filter removes oil vapor down to .033 ppm, removing odor and taste from the air. Finally, pre-treated air then enters the Membrane Dryer where water vapor is removed from the air. This system can provide dew points down to –80°F and relative humidity down to .01%RH. The air exits through the outlet regulator.
