Shipping estimates are given for shipments in the Continental U.S.; for shipment elsewhere GageSite will inform the customer of applicable freight options.
Our Order Processing hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM Central Standard Time. Any orders received outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Purchase cancellations are accepted within 3 hours after placement of order and should be made by calling GageSite at 800-772-0620. A return fee may be charged in cases where an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Returned products must be in new condition with all original packaging and documentation, and free of etching or other indelible markings.
Returned goods must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number, which can be obtained by calling GageSite at 800-772-0620. Returns without an RGA number will be refused.
Freight charges for returned goods will be paid by the customer.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
Parts and accessories are not returnable. Defective parts or accessories will be replaced by the manufacturer, whose policies will pertain.
We accept approved and authenticated Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We reserve the right to refuse credit card transactions for international security reasons. Productivity Quality, Inc. will appear as the billing entity on your credit card statement.

Purchase orders and checks are accepted upon prior credit approval. Checks must be payable to Productivity Quality, Inc., GageSite’s parent company.
Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms.
We at GageSite reserve the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site or by e-mail delivery to you.
A simple acceptance decision rule, in accordance to ASME B22.214.171.124-2001, applies for conformance verification.
