Gage Calibration Technician
Productivity Quality Calibration Services is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Gage Calibration Technician Team Member to be instrumental in successfully executing calibration services on behalf of our highly valued client companies, both in PQI’s Lab and on-site at the customer.
Job Responsibilities: Provide on-site and in-house calibration and repair support on Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment (i.e. gage pins, calipers, micrometers, indicators, gage blocks, torque tool products, surface plates, pressure gages, height gages, etc.). Utilize approved procedures and measurement uncertainties when calibrating IM&TE. Assist in developing effective calibration procedures.
Field Service Technician - CMM & VMS
Productivity Quality Calibration Services is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Field Service Technician Team Member to be instrumental in successfully executing calibration and repair services for our highly valued client companies. Deliver on-site services to manufacturing organizations with dimensional measurement systems. These services involve evaluating current system performance and making required adjustments and/or recommending required repairs. Each system evaluation is completed per accepted standards, specifications and then documented for the customer.
Job Responsibilities: Perform calibrations per factory procedures and specifications. Complete on-site volumetric and linear CMM certifications using a laser interferometer. Linear CMM certifications using a step gage, per ASME B89 standard. Optical comparator certifications, non linear video measuring machine certifications and linear video measuring machine certifications using a chrome on glass reticle, per PQI procedures.
Field Service Technician - CNC Machine Tool
Productivity Quality is the largest machine tool probing retrofitter in the United States with thousands of installations from coast-to-coast, Mexico, Canada and in the Caribbean. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Field Service Technician Team Member to be instrumental in successfully executing calibration services, repair and support for our highly valued client companies.
Job Responsibilities: Performing installations and machine maintenance which includes: preventive maintenance, repairs, calibrations and upgrades, etc. Complete on-site CNC machine tool calibrations per Boeing ATA machine calibration standard, ASME B5 laser check for linear accuracy and ASME B5 machine tool ballbar check. Support sales of calibration products through product demonstrations. Installation of Renishaw Machine Tool Probe Systems. Interfacing Renishaw probe systems to CNC machining centers. Customer training of probe software and machine operation. Trouble shooting and repairing of basic electronic circuits. Software development and custom Macro Programming. Calibrate machine tools using a Renishaw Ballbar & Laser. Maintain calibration and service status of calibration equipment with support from service coordinator.
Part Time and Contract Work
